What got you interested in healthcare?
I took an elective in college (Child Psychopathology) that inspired me to pursue a career in the psychology field.
Is there something that you missed from your own healthcare experience that Iron Health specifically addresses?
Iron Health is able to provide access to services quickly which is something I have missed in my own health care experience previously. I have been through situations where I had to wait weeks and sometimes months for referral appointments.
What’s something you wish people knew more about?
I wish people knew more about the benefits of using “I statements” with your partner and/or family.
What makes you most excited about working at Iron Health?
I am thrilled to be working in a setting where I can provide consistent care to individuals that is easy to access.
What does “strengthening the healthcare system” mean to you?
Strengthening the healthcare system means providing more opportunities for individuals to be able to receive the care that they deserve in a timely manner.
What’s a secret health or wellness tip/practice that you live by?
My favorite wellness practice is setting aside 30 minutes to 60 minutes of silence a day to improve sleep hygiene.

Hiking, spending time with my niece and nephew and traveling as much as possible.
